Business evolution:

• Present - I provide full web services such as: technical support, domain registration, hosting, development, maintenance and SEO (Search Engines Optimization). I am at this moment the webmaster of over 300 websites from many domains, but mainly in entertainment domain. • In 2012 I started the investition in real estates and tourism. The results shall be seen in the next years...
• The year 2011 was the best year for my business. I visited 3 foreign countries and I changed my old car with a 2005 Mercedes-Benz C200 CDI (licence plate AB69FUN - fun from my first entertainment site). This year I also developed two projects with European Funds in the e-commerce fields which are currently in the evaluation phase.
• August 2010 – I have launched on the market the SexyMetru which is a virtual tool for measuring how sexy a person is (entertainment purpose).
• August 2010 – I wrote an e-book about how to quit smoking definitively. The e-book can be found for download at Stop Fumat.
• August 2010 – Me and my friend Marius Petric launched on the market the blog Salaii Recomanda which is a trademark of S.C. Handralaul Production S.A. ( a little joke)
• In July 2010 I extended the Cazare Cluj portal to the same ten cities as Piata Cluj: Cazare Alba, Cazare Arad, Cazare Timisoara, Cazare Oradea, Cazare Sibiu, Cazare Brasov, Cazare Constanta, Cazare Galati, Cazare Iasi, Cazare Suceava.
• In June 2010 I extended the Piata Cluj project to 10 more cities: Piata Alba, Piata Arad, Piata Timisoara, Piata Oradea, Piata Sibiu, Piata Brasov, Piata Constanta, Piata Galati, Piata Iasi, Piata Suceava.
• In May 2010 I extended the Piata Cluj project to the printed version of the site, called "Piata Cluj" magazine where all the ads from the site appeared in printed version also. The magazine was free of charge and was broadcasted inside the main hotels from Cluj.
• In April 2010 I launched the Cazare Cluj portal where one can find information about accomodation in Cluj Napoca such as hotels, motels, house, private rents etc..
• In April 2009 I started the Piata Cluj project. This is a website where you can find ads from Cluj Napoca from all fields.
• In October 2008 I founded my personal company Marginean Mircea PFA which I use for working as a freelancer in software field. I develop websites based on the client's requirements.
• In February 2008 I created my first entertainment portal - MegaFun. This is a website where you can find (or post) funny materials such as: jokes, movies, games etc.. The site is at his 3rd version of design and it was the base of my Master thesis research.
• In October 2007 the financial crisis began. I remember a friend tried to warn me to sell al my stocks because they will suffer a crash, but I didn't listen. My mother got a loan from the bank in October 2007 for me to buy an apartament in Cluj. But I was greed and I took the money and bought more stocks trying to lower the medium price of my stocks (another conclusion is: don't use pyramidating technique on a falling market) but the stocks kept falling from day to day and I had to sell to stop the loss of more money. The total loss was of about 15,000 €. We sold our apartment from Campeni and with that money and what was left from stock market, I bought an apartment in Cluj.
• In July 2007 I created my first website Cazare Arieseni. It was for my mother's mountain caban located in Arieseni, Alba. This was the start for my web business.
• In June 2006 I co-founded the company S.C. NOM Trans S.R.L. in Cluj Napoca, togheter with my father, which was a small company in transportation field with one small truck (7,5 t). I was also the system administrator of the company. The company was sold in 2008 and the truck was exchanged with a sport car (Ford Focus, 2002, 2 doors) which I sold in 2011 to a friend (AB06HZE).
• In March 2005 I founded the company S.C. M-TEK Musampa S.R.L. in Campeni, Alba, which was a small company in electrical instalations field. The company was closed in 2008.
• In October 2004 I started to invest money on the stock market. I had 1,000 € saved and I bought stocks with them. In the next year I re-invested my profit and invested other money I saved along and, because of the economical boom, I managed to make a nice profit of about 20,000 € after one year. Keep in mind that I was a novice in this, so the conclusion is: anyone can make money on a growing market.
• In June 2004 I went to USA with a Work and Travel Program. I had a contract as Computer Operator (data entry) at Midway Motel from Wells, Maine. I stayed there only for three weeks and I returned home because I was missing my family and friends.
• In October 2002 I was accepted into the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Computer Science Faculty. Because of my grades, I received a schollarship all the way through the faculty. I stayed at my grandmother from my father side and I saved every money I could. I was dreaming of investing them some time in my own company.
• In September 1998 I was accepted into the National College Avram Iancu from Campeni, Informatics class. My mother promised me a PC for this. I remember that we were so poor that we couldn't afford one, so we had to loan some money. I used that PC all the way through high-school, until the 2nd year of faculty. I had passion for Informatics, so I participated every year at the Informatics Olimpics (county phase).
